Ando and Mike, spot on both of you
And isn't it just great. Go to matches and all you hear is about the team. Who's playing, what to expect etc.
No moaning and groaning about the manager. No doubt Paul and his staff are 100% together and it does share to the stands and to the fans. Congratulations Paul and all your staff, please no Manager of the month curse though

Paul Lambert has gone up in my estimation so much over recent months for the way he conducts himself and his all round professionalism. I was never his greatest fan and to be honest didn’t expect him to stay with us after our relegation thinking himself too good for League 1 but he’s proved me wrong and all credit to him.

Winning helps, let’s just hope it continues during a difficult spell I am sure most will stay with it.

Lambert winning was no surprise, was head and shoulders above any other candidates. Wasn't sure about Jackson, don't get to see the team in action as some others to evaluate individual performance. These accolades are all very well but it's just one nomination over the course of a season, we need to obtain these honors as regular as possible to really establish ourselves in this league and keep momentum and belief underway.
