Sadly Mr Ricksen has passed away to that f'ing MN disease, may he RIP and all our condolences to his family, friends and Rangers fans, so sad.

I lost my nan to this disease when she was only 53 and I was 8, still remember it all, I can appreciate what a strong fight he gave lasting near on 6 years.

RIP Fernando

An awful disease.

Joost van der Westhuizen died of the same, a very very sad loss not only to rugby, but sport in general

I can feel for you Dazza

I lost my uncle 15 years ago to the same sickening disease. Its horrible, in my mind one of the very worse diseases there is.

Thoughts are with Fernando's family and loved ones. RIP and no longer suffering
