If anybody is to leave i hope it's Norwood to be honest. His finishing to chances ratio is crap also he breaks play up by giving daft freekicks away and gets caught offside to often.

Either he’s chasing the ££‘s or perhaps more likely just wants to be nearer home?

Town sign Arsenal defender on loan

Good signing for us, but could this pave the way for Wolfendens exit?

I hope it's to shore up our defence. We really can't afford to lose anyone at the moment...has there been a bid for Wolfenden?

Would like to think so too 9. With a couple of defenders either injured or just getting back to fitness, more defensive options are no bad thing. Plus being an U21, this loan signing is not detrimental to the wage cap.

I don’t see it that way. Naturally I’m hoping Woolfie’s not on his way. But I think the Arsenal player is be8mg brought in to do just what we need....eg get another young CB in the defence. Apparently he played against us 2 weeks ago and played very well . Put it this way, if rather a good young ,CB than an gearing has been join this Club. People moan that Chambers is this or that, and the Club (ave done exactly the right thing, which is bring in a good young prospect , who won’t cost us anything of note and won’t count in salary cap. I look forward to seeing him play. 👍

Probably brought in as cover for Chambers who is covering at RB. Does this mean KVY is out for longer.

I think KVY is a total crock who will never play, forget him.

I think his current injury is Achilles . Strange to pick up that considering he hasn’t even played a competitive game yet ! Still it must be a fluke injury. I mean we don’t get many at this Club do we .

 I cant believe that an Achilles injury to KVY is taking so long to heal, when I used to play back in the 60's and 70's I had a double Torn ruptured Achilles ligaments injury to both ankles, and I was out for just 12 weeks, but I had proper treatment and care from a professional injury specialist, strapped up and on crutches for ages, could only go and watch the team from the side lines, but with the appropriate muscle and tendon treatment twice a week I was back playing better than ever in 12 weeks, so I recon KVY's injury has other underlying problems, like coming back too early maybe, or his Achilles tendon must have snapped and that would take ages to heal properly as has shown nearly 12 months, and as BM has stated i think he's F***ED up big time. I would love to see me and BM proved wrong because of his great talent, but I'm not holding out any hope of an imminent return

He had an. Achilles injury in 2015 I think. Not sure.of that weakens it or not. I know mine are thick and nasty from various minor injuries.....but then I am 66!

Achilles tendons can degenerative with Andy ( sorry mate your done !!)..its nit inflammatory but more degenerative . Ie the collagen fibres that make up the TA become distorted and mal aligned …..and weak ! So you get a lot of pain and often a "thickening " to the tendon.
Treatment is "eccentric loading"...eg standing on a step and going up on your toes and SLOWLY lowering ...repeat many , many , many times ...I commonly ask patients to do this exercises twice daily and start with say 20 reps , but build up to something like 100 reps twice a day. Take analgesia (paracetamol) regularly .

Problem with TA pain is if it gets traumatised ( usually through poor footwear or over pronation ) there is very poor blood supply in the lower 1/3 of the TA so "micro injury" repairs poor/slowly, and eventually becomes a chronic problem. Sometime the tendon gets fine filament neuro tissue growing in to it , which gives the pain. I Scandinavia they trialled the use of laser treatment to remove the neruo filaments to see if it reduce pain: It did, but the tendon is still weak , so eccentric lading is the way to strengthen all tendons that are weak.

Never heard of him , but looks very strong on the ball with a very direct approach and good left peg ..... that’ll do nicely 👍

The best way to announce a signing it's a nice surprise better than weeks of wondering will be won't sign for Town.👍

Bennett looks a solid attacking player...more like a midfielder than a striker. It's good he's played with some of the Town squad, especially Dozzell. I can see those two linking up well.
