It was always gonna be Tier 2, despite all the scaremongering suffolk is only recording 195 cases per 100,000

I think it helps that other parts of the county are lower than Ipswich. I don't think they could put Ipswich alone into tier 3 as presumably people living there but working elsewhere in the county couldn't go. Same the other way although presumably most of Ipswich would have been shut.
It matters little - I'm sure we will be in 3 or national lockdown after the Christmas fuckup anyway.
