Happy new year, Mike...... hope it was a decent “Bells”.
Been on full time Papa duties past couple weeks because the daughter broke her ankle. She’s currently stookied but gets an op this coming week. Her being T1 diabetic, she gets things done quicker. Something to do with blood pressure control prior to anaesthetic. Needs more time.

Anyway, on that cheery note..... things can only get better. 👌👍👍

Went to bed at half 9, hoping to wake up from the nightmare of 2020. Thought about the early 80s at Trafalgar Square on New Year's Eve. What fun that was...kissing all the girls and almost being trampled with the crowd surge. If only we knew how lucky we were... :astroll:

Happy New Year to you all too and I share all sentiments about 2020. Surely 2021 has to be better but we shouldn’t take that for granted and we all need to stay alert to the dangers around us, at least for the time being.

Like No9 it was earlier to bed than usual on NYE as it felt so strange, that was fine until my immediate next door neighbour decided to set off his personal firework display which may as well have been in our bedroom.

Happy Days 🥰😎🥳

I can sort of relate to that........ my wife said, “why are there no fireworks in the bedroom anymore?”

Was out until almost closing time looking for fireworks. Couldn’t find any.
