You’re messing with the head here, Ash. A hole in his arse? His arse is a hole anyway is it not? So the hole that is his arse has a hole in it?

Good to see players back but how fit are they I only hope they don't breakdown, I hope he takes them off when we are three up to protect them😁 well I can dream can't I.

Lambert was saying yesterday that he learned - from 5-6 years back - not to change team shape or tactics because it confuses the players.
If Lambert said that, just sack the arsehole before kick off.

And ITNO1........ ye cannae be annoyed ALL FECKIN WEEK???? Life’s too short, dude.
 trust me, it realky REALLY pissed me off last saturday. Didnt want to even think of itfc cos every time i did i wanted to kick the dog, and i dont have one!!!

Yep... it’s surprising as I thought he’d ease them in. We may be playing the bottom side but Lambert must realise his job’s on the line and must be desperate to get a win. Hope they don’t break down.

Six changes. Good to see Norwood, Downes, Bishop and Edwards start. Must make a difference- but how much?

Toto in for Woolf and Holy in for Cornell.

Is Jackson injured as he’s not on the bench? Or does he not fit into the system?

Town: Holy, Chambers (C), Nsiala, McGuinness, Ward, Dozzell, Downes, Bishop, Judge, Norwood, Edwards.

Subs: Cornell, Woolfenden, Kenlock, Lankester, Sears, Drinan, Hawkins.
Nice to see Edwards and Bishop back. Still to be convinced by Toto and Holy needs to dominate in the air.

Pleased with that team, a blind man could see Woolfenden and Cornell are bloody useless.

So PL says formation changes confuse people, surely 6 changes, although i am pleased to see those coming in, does much the same thing?

We do indeed. Much prefer to see it mixed up a bit rather than the constant snails pace build up.

While he always has a rash challenge in him, i feel Toto is a decent League 1 defender.

I see we are once again imposing ourselves on the game / not!

So powder puff up front . No quality into the box at all so far .

Btw might be a load of dross , but someone had simply posted Jackson sold to Posh. If true he’ll score a hatful there ( played up front with a striker partner) . Good luck to him if true . I’m done with Lambert and he’s sh*t tactics and team selections .

Which is the problem with Ipswich Town at the minute, when a DEFENDER is the best player.

I read some sixty minutes back that we were starting with three up front and go to view game progress and it's in fact only one attacker Norwood with three forward midfield players behind him ? I don't know what's the deal there but it says no score and we're well into the first half of today's event.

Doesn't seem much to be going on, hardly any efforts on goal by either side although lo and behold we're dominating the possession stats once again. They're the bottom placed team or something, we should be able to take something from this until remember said the very same thing before the Swindon collapse last weekend. Something needs to improve for us out there right now. Just sit out the final moments of the first 45 in hope something may work for us.

Sadly defending is a key part of any game and he's doing his job well, shame others up the pitch weren't.

Oh and who do we play next? If true is this typically ipswich?

Don't disagree with that, but we are plying the bottom of the League side surely a Defender should not be our best player. Something is clearly wrong.

I can’t see a lot of these players playing a full game.

I’d put Hawkins on with Norwood, but can’t see Lambo going for that. A low quality game, but why not put a 6 ft 5 “ target man to try to unsettle their defence. They’re clearing pretty much everything we put into their box.

I can never in my life recall supporting Ipswich Town as being so depressing. I thought the 3 seasons under John Duncan were bad enough but this is dire. I just hope we can avoid another relegation cos after watching Crawley Town destroy Leeds United last week I think we’d struggle to get promotion at that level too.
