Took the time to look through a number of managers of similar league level that were either fired recently or actively looking for work. You could reel off names like Neil Harris, Graham Alexander, Mickey Adams to begin with. As is often the issue (being) what would they have to work with in terms of funding. Marcus Evans is near non-existent in providing cash for transfers and we make often do with loan deals. I don't know how much the club is in debt since last figures were revealed. There's an underlying root problem that has been allowed to progress sometimes you can't see a viable route out from it.

There's a lot of uncertainties ongoing right now such as will the season be completed here or once again cut off final remaining games. I can't see the team being involved in a promotion scene right now. Even if Lambert were to walk away or be fired which won't happen you got to believe we're not of a standard to escape this league. That and the injury concerns / players out that occur all too often. Need to address the issue in the summer and make and employ decisions there and then. Pity saying the season seems over in January but believe that's the way it is.
