Sad for the lad, to be honest I was never impressed by him at all, I also thought he had a real nasty streak in him, that said I wish him all the best in whatever he goes on to do.

Unfortunately he’s one of those players who never really fulfilled his potential. After making his first team debut as an 18 year old under Roy Keane the arrival of Paul Jewell pretty much wrecked his progress and probably his confidence too. When Mick McCarthy arrived he seemed to like what he saw and Luke became a regular for a couple of seasons until being another injury prone player. I always like seeing local lads do well playing for their home town team, unfortunately that rarely happens these days. I wish him well and hope he can make a success of his new venture.

Best of luck to him. Always gave everything. Never really developed into what we hoped but 100% commitment

This will always be the lad who was affected by Sky Tv cameras. I’ve only ever seen him being ineffective and rank hovis.

But, good luck with the future, Luke.

He was the Town player that nearly ended Judges career with a VERY poor challenge if I remember rightly .
