RIP Frank Brogan 1942-2021.

A player who some on here will remember, but was way before my time as an Ipswich fan. He is certainly a name i am very much aware of, having played 223 games for Town and with a nearly 1in 3 goals to games ratio. Certainly a decent return for a winger
Be interested to hear some of our, ahem, more senior members recollections of his playing days.

Great winger. I remember seeing him play during the 60's.

I think I might have caught the very tail end of his career. I’m sure I’ve got an old program with his pic on the front.

One of my favourite players of that era. He used to live close by and I’d see him most days, always remember him driving his Ford Capri.

RIP Frank
