So all these goons posting about nigh on 16k sold are talking the usual bollocks then ? I just ask myself why do they do it ? I blame myself for reading the rants of numbskulls. That aside a 2k increase is good going so far.

Anything for them to look like they are in the know.
Still think we could end up with 12-13 thousand st holders which given what has happened over the past few years still won’t be a bad return.

Actually mate, I am a born and bred Kiwi, stepfather was from Ipswich, emigrated to NZ in the late 70’s where I got a crash course in football (or soccer as it will be at PR from now on ). My sister married an Englishman and is now living in London so I hope to come up as soon when things settle down and finally catch up with all you guys.

I don't know what number they'll allow back to Portman Road in August. They've introduced fans back in like a tentative manner and while the numbers should or will increase since lockdown there's no guarantee any strain of virus won't occur once again and take hold of proceedings, cause havoc with game fixtures and attendance et cetera.
Can see why we're selling in numbers, most of the garbage has been taken out since the takeover, there's a sense of hope and expectation that something can be achieved in the year ahead. All right fans have been away and missed action but the biggest factor has to be new horizons in Cook and the Gamechanger Group, that while not may be an eventual solution have at least offered a way out and some level of salvation in the time ahead.

Re: 10k season tickets already sold ......
I’d say all current ST holders could be allowed back in the stadium Saint, as it’d only be a 1/3rd of the total capacity….so plenty of room to distance .
Problem is the CoVid rates are rising again very fast, so who knows what’s going to happen Nationally
What’s happening in the States re CoVid now?

Any updates on the ST sales. A week ago we had a report of 16000 sales, obviously that was not true. 13000 would be good come August under the circumstances.

Now Season tickets have gone back on sale there appears to be reasonable availability in the SBR Lower tier still. I guess this was always going to be the case, so at least there is a chance of me watching ITFC from the only place to be, subject to restrictions i guess.
Be interested to hear how ST sales are progressing.

Impressive ST sales, hopefully lead to several 20k+ crowds over course of season?

It's going in the right direction, that's the most important thing and with the early bird deadline still a month away 13k is not out of the question, especially if a few more decent signings materialise

Re: 10k season tickets already sold ......
I'd imagine they'll be a full crowd at Portman Road for the first home game we got, not in terms of stadium capacity but for however many they'll allow in with restrictions. Without the virus issue, suppose it never occurred, you can feasibly see attendances of 25,000 + for the first few months what with the new changes at the club but it all rather depends just how promising Cook and the new owners prove to be. Crowds and figures can just as easily fall away if expectations are not met.
Problem is having a 30,000 stadium that usually you'd expect to fill near each and every time in normal circumstance but not having the team befitting of it and being rooted in a lower league. One day we'll sell out to capacity once again with players and aspirations that can meet the figures stated.
