I thought Evans still had a small percentage of shareholding within the club, didn't think all ties were severed. Still possessed a degree of control amid the Gamechanger Group. Don't always have the time to keep up with events within the club structure particularly during a close season.
If however he has zero control or say within club matters now it's all very well and good. Yes some will give it plaudits and positive acknowledgement but for most it were an horrendous time while he were present, certainly at field level it can't be disputed. Eradicating the name from club involvement is a right step that should have occurred long before it has. Guess the new owners will be advertised where you find them but the club itself really should allow them to do business backstage and keep forefront things to a minimum of sorts.
