Apparently he hasn’t trained since joining us so it looks like the Woolf and Toto will be playing.
Fraser is also a doubt with a calf injury.

I fully expected Toto & Woolfy to start after Edmundson missed the Millwall game.

Question is , why hasn’t he been training ?

PC didn’t say but hopefully he will be available soon as a partnership of Woolf and Toto doesn’t give me great confidence if we were relying on them for a long period of time. Maybe we will hear about another experienced CB coming in soon.
Regarding Fraser hopefully it will turn out to be a minor injury and not a case of the ITFC curse and turns into a more serious problem.

Totally agree, Toto has always got a error in him. He will cost us if plays regular.

Well he passed a medical, yet hasn’t trained.

Must be a slight injury (hopefully) or positive covid test.

Just makes it more crucial we get another CB in. Cook’s saying 4,5,6 more and you think a CB is top of the list. The Woolf/Toto partnership doesn’t inspire. They’ve both got their strengths, but noticeable weaknesses, too. None of those two are leaders either. Defence looks a weakness at the moment. Seeing as we started off our recruitment drive by going after Bradley, I’m a bit surprised we haven’t brought in an experienced CB by now.

Marko you would think it is a injury but who knows? As I said hopefully it won’t be long before he is training.

Its an opportunity for both Toto & Wolfenden that they might not have imagined they would get at the end of last season. If they both perform flawlessly then it will be tough to dislodge them. They both have it in them, let's hope PC manages to get them playing at the top of their games.
