Punish them while we are playing well, a second goal would be invaluable

Woolfenden not good enough, gives the ball away too easily with poor passes.

What a bummer, defensive error by Penny, that’s a real sh*t mistake.

We’ve definitely been the better of the two sides.

Such a pity before half-time. Just a speculative ball in from the left going nowhere and Penney decides to leave it for the goal kick instead of attacking it. Didn’t see the player behind him. I thought we were soaking up pressure pretty well until then.
Walton, Toto, Edmundson, Evans, Morsy, Chaplin, Bonne working hard, but need a bit more from the rest.

Not sure who Edmundson is embarrassed to say. Must be one of the new kids brought in but don't really recognize the name. Other than that at least some mention we are playing well and got a lead before the opposition got back in it.
Got and try and get Ifollow coverage or something. No good without live action and commentary is futile. Updates serve their purpose but it's never really enough to go on with. Said we'll win 3 - 1 before start of action which may still come to pass. It's a long shot and requires the team to go beyond that extra mile but we got the players to achieve it. Cook and team need to maintain focus and believe in their abilities, a win here would be a great step for morale and make others sit up and take notice.

Losing now and probably game over, can someone tell me where Coulsen is playing in this line up ?

Oh well, bright first half then the usual error. They go in tails up and come out and score another early on. Let the usual collapse begin, can't see us getting anything out of this now

Morsy booked believe it’s his 5th so will miss a game now.

Re: League 1 - Plymouth Argyle vs Ipswich Town Preview & Matchday Thread
Why is everyone so negative and defeatist on here. We’ve had a good first half and we’re very unlucky to go in level brought about only by an individual error. I know Plymouth have got themselves in front but there’s plenty of time to pull this back.
We definitely miss Burns pace down the right but this game is far from over. Our biggest risk now is getting caught on the break pushing for an equaliser.

Take a look at how many points town have dropped from winning positions. Its business as usualCharnwood wrote: ↑Sat Oct 30, 2021 4:26 pmWhy is everyone so negative and defeatist on here. Exactly, we can't defend a lead, its happening too often, anyone know where Coulsen is playing ? Trying to gauge it in my head, I saw one suggestion that he was playing in Celinas position which if true, and taking into account my feelings on Celina, it would be ridiculous.

No team has a divine right to go in front and stay there otherwise every game would end 1-0. Even Liverpool are level at hone to Brighton after leading 2-0, thats football.

Poor miss by Edward’s, should have been 2-2.
Our boys need to stay cool or we’ll be down to 10 men soon.
