not often I get free time for involvement during game time but will take the opportunity. First reaction not a bad score approaching the interval. This was always going to be a tough trip but appears the players have risen to the challenge thus far and value to be level.

Castigating Cook's line-up is futile, just allow the formation selected to do their job and hope to realize we have the potential to go on and win. A victory there would be good for morale, we are still very much involved and confident a win will arrive our way.

Half the team wearing short-sleeved shirts, but that pansy Edwards is wearing gloves.
They're slowing him down aerodynamically too - either that or he's got his old chap strapped to his right leg

Actually thought Burns was okay, Edwards very erratic, need to calm himself down when crossing.. One player looks off his game is Bonne, Don't look sharp tonight

Hoping now he proves me wrong by scoring
I know what you mean. He’s working hard but it’s not going for him. Needs a goal.

We’ve got a good bench. So fingers crossed.

Agree with S&J, Bonne definitely lost his sharpness but to his credit he’s now a marked man and has minimal time of space.

Done well after that onslaught.

Just keep it tight after the break and we can win this.
Yes, Wycombe really put the pressure on for 25 mins but I think town had the better last twenty mins. Hope cook can get them to come out firing right from the second half start.

I think Morsy has been class, Edwards a bit soft, maybe shift Celina to the left an bring Chaplin/Fraser on in centre to replace Edwards

Agree with that, Bonne and Edwards quite poor, Celina looking much better tonight, Morsy is just quality, Edmundson been Dominant and I actually like Burgess at LB more than CB.

I’m not sure I’d change much for 20 mins or so, only because it takes times for subs to get into the game especially immediately after the break.

Id stick Aluko on for Edwards down the left.

They are leaving Celina free to roam and thats dangerous as a no.10 with his class. After a poor start by him, some of his passing and anticipation/reading of the game really is top notch. He seems to see things a split second earlier which gives us an edge.

Burgess playing well and Morsy in control of that area of the pitch.

Im still not convinced by Walton and Bonne/Burns/KVY look a little out of sorts.

What Celina offers is the unexpected, eg taking a shot when most others would choose to pass.

I can’t believe how good Morsy is at this level, definitely our stand out player.

He'd probably switch Celina wide and put Chaplin central

bonne needs support up front, particularly for a game of this magnitude. It's all very well if a point from it is Cook's target i..e playing not to lose but would ideally introduce Pigott and / or Chaplin to accompany him in leading attack.

Should be ready to restart about now, we got the capabilities to win it. Just needs Cook and the players out there to realize it. Go for victory.
