Their high spending started when Ashton joined ( 2016).,.. unfortunate coincidence perhaps ?tangfastic wrote: ↑Wed Dec 29, 2021 7:42 pmBristol City make 38.4 million pound losses during 2020/21.

Ashton knows when to desert a sinking ship. Let’s hope he wasn’t responsible for that. Maybe he secretly siphoned some of that to an off-shore Gamechanger account.

As much as I think he's likely a complete idiot, I just don't want to believe or be convinced of it at this point! Let's see how his latest regime does, and let it be known that if it fails, then his head should not be immune from rolling with it.

I think Mark Ashton is the best thing for ITFC since Bobby Robson! There, I’ve said it.

Haha yeah it was a bit toungue and cheek. I do think Ashton's role and the organzational structure we now have are building blocks for a much more professional club. Let's hope it all works out for the best.mendipblue wrote: ↑Fri Jan 07, 2022 2:16 pmNot sure he has done enough yet to warrant that sort of praise? But I would not sack him either
