Funnily enough I logged into ifollow and it wouldn’t let me watch it. Then remembered my VPN is set to UK. Now I’m in ‘France’ and watching fine. Not sure, but I don’t think they’ve collected my sub

Absolutely outstanding by Town! Brazilian in style . The ball is never still and by the time a Gillingham player goes to tackle , the ball has moved on two more passes .

Only criticism is I’d like to see us play that in Gillinghams half , not ours.

Need a goal second half to kill then off. Think they’ll be right in our faces with hoof ball into our box second half …

Amazing what happens when you play the right formation
Very true Mike but its not just the formation. There's not much back to front, then back again then side to side as been guilty of in the past.

We are quicker, one touch pass, Turn then pass, One, twos. Touch and go, pass and move. Such joy to watch and then Burns, what a great player he is though all played well to be fair

Steve Evens will blow a gasket now and be interesting to see how Ipswich handle this

That 48 minutes was a pleasure to watch Town in total control. There only threat is from set pieces. Town must not gift them anytime early in 2nd half.

Well Cook had them beat Doncaster 6-0, who aren't much worse than Gillingham, so let's see if we can hit 7 today?!!
Getting desperate now

I'm pleased we haven't taken our foot off the gas, would be easy to do so.

Yes no goals but still entertaining... Pigott needs game time he looks just off full sharpeness

We are out muscling them also and love Steve Evens and his assistant acting like pathetic pair of clowns

Those two actions shows on their players. The player who just got sent off is so stupid, cannot complain in getting sent off

If this is Mckenna coaching long may it continue. We have looked like a proper team. Brilliant 3 lovely points.

So very true, in all departments we were superb. I would say that was as close to perfection as likely to get and even in the pouring rain

Superb and a lot of draws in the other games which have helped us. Only 8 points from playoffs now :D Real pleasure to watch that.
Roll on Bolton. COYB

I’ll be honest with you here, I haven’t seen a Town team pass it around like we have today, since that 81 side . Absolutely over the moon with that display . Can’t believe I’ve just seen us do that !

Someone will no doubt point out Gillingham are crap but its about what we did and how we went about it, superb. Look at the crap teams we lost against and looked hopeless against while the Clown was in charge.

Thing is Mike it was impossible for Gillingham to hurt us, because they rarely had the ball.

The sequence of uncontested passes between our players has to some kind of record doesnt it ? and we were doing it all afternoon... awesome!

Very impressed with McKenna’s after match comments saying that he had words about the last 15 minutes of the 1st Half where he thought we had began to get a bit sloppy with our passing and were giving the ball back to Gillingham too easily and conceding too many free-kicks which invited unnecessary pressure. He also said that he was pleased how we dealt with the 2nd half as it would have been easy to sit back but we continued with attacking intent. Already he is thinking about the Bolton game which he said will need a different tactical approach.

Ipswich have played well in few games this season, obviously Portsmouth, Wycombe away, Doncaster comes to mind. We were unlucky at Sunderland and Plymouth. So yes we have played well in few games so give credit there to Paul Cook but I would say todays game was for me our best overall performance of the season

We just looked so good all over the pitch
