OMG Davis is a bit of a liability at LB and almost cost us going behind.
I can’t see or heard today as I’m in a caravan for a week. But I am yet to be convinced by Davis. I hope he’ll come good but not sure yet.

It’s easy to see how Accrington Stanley have drawn 5 home games this season.

Listening to commentary during second period. We're trying out there, making some level of determined effort, but lack a cutting edge.

The opponents don't lose too often and anyone thought we'd bulldoze through this one, just goes to show no games in this league are easy and it takes a certain level of skill and focus to get past any one opponent. We haven't quite had that today.

GOAL. Connor Chaplin, thank f*ck for that. We,re ahead with some 14 minutes in change. Haven't been at our best thus far but take any positives wherever you find them.

But not today ! Chaplin from 6 yards

Dodgy referee decision maybe but this time in our favour.

I'm not a betting man was obvious Jackson was not the answer today against a physical side.

History beckons. If we win this it will be the first time we’ve won our opening four away games any season of all time.

Massive deflection but it’s in the back of the net.

We could do with the final whistle before we get kicked off the pitch.

1-1 draw. Wouldn’t be a disaster.
Knew we would win really….

Great win. Onwards and upwards.

Really don't think we would of won this game last season

Great all round performance, whole week now before next game against Cambridge.. Happy days

Great spirit in our team. Another clean sheet is as pleasing as the goals scoring..

2 - 0 win, the team were value for it by the end. Best away League start in club history they said. McKenna now overseen 18 clean sheets while manager, why did it take so long to bring in someone competent after all the sh*t and disappointment we had to endure before.

Should be top place in league on goal difference after that. We really picked up as the game went on and the opposition made it tough at times but don't think there can be any real complaint from the beaten opponents.

Good start, a number of positives to take, but in truth too early in a season to be making proper judgments. Derby lose to Plymouth with a home advantage, its that kind of league.

Excellent away win as predicted. First one correct for about 17 years. Well done K & KO

Every passing week getting increasingly more assured that Kieron knows what he's doing --->> realising Ladapo is a duffer. And speaking of duffers, a bit like Lee Johnson here @ Easter Road. Big game ahead for that clueless git.
Just highlighting this......, putting my foot in it again re Lee........, said to wee cousin, "Who is the useless git picking this week?"
"No one, mate. He's in hospital getting gall bladder surgery."

Oops.

Sorry Lee......, get well soon

Happy with that. Tough game but we showed another way to win. Not pretty - but got the job done.

Have to say.... Burgess is pretty handy in these types of games. The number of times they pumped the ball into the box and he was the one who headed clear. My MOTM. Can't remember Walton being tested.

Another thing I am really enjoying is listening to our Manager

Win, draw or lose he really is just so honest, speaks clearly, no waffling on like previous managers. Can totally understand him, no changes from high to low like gasping for breathe or wheezing. Does not go on about his past experiences or saying "Really, really". Pleasure listening to a knowledgeable young man

Long may we hold on to KM and please ITFC, Give the man a longer contract to safe guard his future and us as a club and show him he's wanted. Make bigger clubs having to pay to take him away from ITFC also

Great result again, so important we keep racking up points, especially as once we get deeper into the season I think our squad depth will shine through as other teams struggle with lots of games and injuries - we can hopefully already be in a great position to take advantage then.

Wasn’t Jackson’s best game, burns wasn’t overall my busy either but the team ticked along nicely with their crisp passing and good pressing. Seems teams always try and press us early on, but soon tire and then our passing game comes into its own and we start putting pressure on, we could have gone in ahead at half time today.

Just a brilliant start - we can’t really ask for more.

I’ve only just seen the result today as met up with some old Ipswich Harries running friends who I hadn’t seen for 40yrs.
Only just Got back home only in last hour and I’m over the moon that we’ve got all three points today. Tough ole place to go to and don’t think many teams will get 3 points there. Well played lads ! COYBs 👍💙

That takes a bounce or deflection just in front of keeper surely?

Great point Steve, just go and listen to the Accrington boss’ post game interview, he is like a depressed Paul cook.
