Excellent win. Imo Burgess has to keep his place in the side.
Totally agree, no shock we get a clean sheet and he starts.

That was so comfortable and far from what we can produce, that is a,tough place to go and they have had some good results, Harness, Morsy, Burgess and Ladapo all very good today.

Great result today and great result for us last night too with Pompey 0-0 Derby which leaves us 12 points clear of 5th & 6th place.

Also +19 GD the best in League 1 and furthermore the Sky hoodoo is well and truly buried, fear no more.

Totally agree about Burgess. Happily see him and Wolfie at the back, neither player had a bad game today. Pretty comfortable stuff in the end

Oh bloody hell what a good performance . I’m out but kept seeing bits of it in pub tv.

If we could defend like that and take our chances like that every game we’d finish top 2 . SO well played …. And Burgess makes the difference at the back for me 👍👍

Ipswich for me are a cert to go up. They are the best team in this league by a good bit and I'm fairly certain they'll show it in the business end of the season. Looked on a totally different level to Exeter today.
For me Sheff Wed and Ipswich will be top 2.

Solid win today, agree with alot of the comments.

We didn’t create as much as I’d like but overall it was a professional performance.

Harness was busy, he does give the ball away with his lack of control sometimes but can be a pest to the opposition.

Ladapo doesn’t hold the all well enough but I do like it that he is now getting in the six hard box more often, to me that is where he does his best work.

Morsy was good, once they took a CM off for another attacking player he had more space to play.

Humpreys was solid again, busy and great ball for ladapo later in the second half.

100 percent burges needs to stay, the way he attacked some of the balls in is something we have really missed, yet I want to also keep Woolfie as he has that ability to play out and also pace. They compliment each other nicely.

I’m watching it on Argyle TV Mike, Burton are well on top and thoroughly deserve their lead and it could easily have been more.

Plymouth had the best scoring record in League 1 before today and Burton the poorest defence, first half stats for Argyle 2 shots 0 on target.

Even better for us they look very poor with a number of players playing out of position due to injuries to key players.

Plymouth don’t seem to travel well away from home. They get most of their wins at home: travelling distance works for them…. And against them.

Pen to Argyle 1-1 ☹️

Good double substitution by the Argyle manager have got them back into this game.

That’s the tactic they used against us. Is that their big striker come in now ?

They’re doing it the hard way but now 1-2 ahead.

One of the Subs Hardie scored the penalty and Mumba scored the second. I think he scored the first against us.

97th minute! That feels pretty good after our very late collapse at Charlton! Plymouth's bubble burst? Let's hope so.

The league table is looking very healthy for us, with a sizeable points gap below 3rd place.

Yes, and they keep doing that don’t they. It’s a case of who’s going to blink first out the top 3.
