A disappointing result, but no real damage done because of results elsewhere.
I can understand the negativity about the game because, in the moment, this felt like a really bad day at the office. But, these days have happened before this season and will again before the season is over. Every other team will go through the same because that is the nature of the crappy league we are in. I remain extremely optimistic that we will go up this season; possibly as champions; probably top two. If there is a better overall team in the league this season, I haven't seen it yet. Keep believing.

Didn’t even know Ipswich were playing this weekend, certainly not on a Friday as well.
All i’ll say…… (as its been said already)
1. Win home games
2. Get a striker in the January Tilt & Turn

I know, shocking eh?! Can only put it down to being mindnumbing bored with the World Cup.
I think we should all be entrepreneurs here…… invent an insomnia cure podcast / app of triangular passes in your own half for 30 minutes.
Everyone asleep in minutes……, we make millions!

lol _ have only ever had one wager on this board, a couple oy years ago with Derek - and that got ruined by covid and the fact that he got himself banned.Charnwood wrote: ↑Sat Dec 03, 2022 2:48 pmrossi wrote: ↑Sat Dec 03, 2022 1:33 pmI have, yesvalleyroad wrote: ↑Sat Dec 03, 2022 1:24 pm
Why not ?
Haven't seen a better side in the the league have you ?
I’ll take Ipswich Rossi and you take your pick for small friendly wager ? … or even offer me small odds and I’ll just bet on Town. Only a bit of fun for the lads to follow, what do you think ?
Besides which I don't really gamble on anything - but I'm happy to have a wager on 'air', and I'm happy to stand by my predictions.

Really Mike? Sheff Wed slipped up by getting an away point at Derby?
So what are you saying - that getting a point at home against Fleetwood is just the same as getting a point away at Derby?
Can't see that myself.

I see Pompey have dropped another game in hand against Wycombe today. Excellent

Yep, they did, we are crap at home and yet still too good for Derby, Wednesday do slip up, lost at home to Barnsley, failed to win at Bristol Rovers and cheated a draw thanks to the Ref against us at their place. All teams have off days.
