Ipswich v Oxford
Hope this is the right place to post this message as I’m new to the forum.
Due to transport issues I’m looking for a return lift from Norwich to the match on Boxing Day. As a lifelong Town fan living in Norfolk I know plenty of Norwich fans but they won’t help
Does anyone know of any sensible driving Town fan coming down this way for the match who would be willing to offer a return lift?
I’m pretty flexible with pickup time/location and would obviously be happy to contribute towards costs.
Thanks All

Trunk.
Don't know who you are. Hitching a lift and all that, could be a Jeffrey Dahmer fanatic or something.
TWTD as stated would be a good bet for travel arrangement. Used to be one or two names here that resided in Norwich but they moved over to the former and haven't returned. Public transport on the day could be problematic as stated, could try a cab journey but a price of 45 miles there and same back, not sure what actual cost you'd be looking at. Hope you get this issue resolved in time and attend the game in question.

Re: Ipswich v Oxford
I’m back again!
Unfortunately, the posting on TWTD offering a lift has been withdrawn as he’s not sure he is able to attend the match after all.
Not sure if the Jeffrey Dahmer reference refers to me or the driver but I think maybe you’ve been watching one too many box sets.
I’m still hoping to get a lift somehow if anyone knows of anyone coming down from Norwich. So please leave a message if you can help, much appreciated.
By the way, I’m a Patrick, not Patricia

Re: Ipswich v Oxford
Have you thought about contacting Suffolk Radio / Norfolk Radio with your request Pat? There’s bound to be a Town fan travelling down from that neck of the woods! Also if you’re not on it, get a friend to post on FB….. social media is the way forward here I think .
Good luck with it
