this is f**king great, we got a 4 - 1 advantage now. Not sure why so many games we play there seems to be a penalty decision involved but this is a score you can really take pride in. Is the team value for the lead, are we really that good out there today although stats earlier suggests we were on top and looking to win it.

Only a few minutes remain, we've won and overcame a potential tough obstacle. Take in highlights and game reaction when time permits it although this is for sure a very encouraging result. So relief the club name is back on a path of progress than all the years of decline before it.

FT 4 - 1, real proud of that score, thought it would be a lot tougher than that.

Plymouth down to 10 men at the death! Still ends 0-0.
Missing Whittaker? Appears so possibly!

Maybe that luck is starting to even itself out? A bit more next Saturday wouldn't go amiss!

They may well have missed him, only 2 shots on target and picked up a late red card. Bolton even worse with just 1 shot on target.

Town to field a much weakened team due to illness and rest so I’m going with a Rotherham win. Had we played a strong side of actually have fancied us to beat them though!
Full of confidence hey Liz 🥲

Love it. :D :D

I couldn't watch Towns game (buffering )so I watched Most of the Bolton game they were so unlucky not to win, Plymouth were dangerous on the break but that's all.

Was their captain Joe Edwards who was sent off. Surely that could be quite significant?

Excellent performance and result today, apart from our obligatory c*ck up to give away a goal they didn't lay a hand on us all afternoon. I suspect we would fare so much better in the Championship than L1 based on today, more time, space and no parking the bus.

I thought Jackson, Aluko and Ladapo all had very good games while Humphreys was excellent. And dare I say it, a decent Referee who was good all game. Round 4 here we come.

There’s nothing better than a win for momentum albeit in the League or FA Cup. The players will be buzzing next week all looking forward to getting picked for the Plymouth game. Had we lost today and Plymouth won it would be so very different. At last we have a manager who understands the dynamics of success.

I actually enjoyed that game! Didn’t feel any pressure to “ must win”.

The things that stood out for me were…

1) How nice it was to play a team that hadn’t come to park the bus. Town could play their flowing game. This is what it’s be like if we got back into the Championship I think. None of this bloody crap shyte housery tactics . No time wasting tactics, feigning injury , blatant spoiling tactics etc. it’s was for once a blood6 pleasure to watch a “ football “ game.

2) How much is was to have a half decent ref !!

3) How bloody brilliant it was to actually be awarded penalties !

4) How lovely it was to see our players actually take their chances for once. Millers couldn’t have complained if it’s had finished 6-1.

5) That’s the best game I’ve seen from Ladapo since he’s been at the club. Play like every week and we’d have no issues with scoring goals. Does he feel the pressure With two potential strikers sitting in the stands to day I wonder?

6) FFS Town get Humphries tied down to a VERY long deal. The kid is sheer class.

7) My only gripe of the day…. Our defence is shyte when actually challenged.
