Re: League 1 - Ipswich Town vs Sheffield Wednesday Preview & Matchday Thread
in theory we could have scored twice and scores be level if not for the Chaplin spot miss.
what the hell i got a 2 - 2 score ? Are we level, I don't believe it. just seen a score update. This is something else, any chance now we can keep them out for the rest of the game and score a third ourselves. Fans are having a day and a half at PR today, real wish could be there today. That has got to be some atmosphere, let's win this. We can do it.

I didn’t think we had this in us but they’ll feel now like we did after the missed penalty. We can win this now, how good would that be.

Happy with the changes, Ladapo for Hirst and Harness for Chaplin.

Re: League 1 - Ipswich Town vs Sheffield Wednesday Preview & Matchday Thread
surprise Bolton overtook us in the league, where they come from. Not sure what to do with last few minutes at the game, a point won't really suit us we need the victory but coming back from two goals reverse is something to take. A draw would be satisfactory in the circumstances what with Derby losing
ground at Wycombe. I really want to win this, WE want to win this, musn't be selfish, but kind of concerned about what remains of the time there.

Did enough in the 2nd half to win it. Penalty cost us. Need to start winning from Tuesday.

Re: League 1 - Ipswich Town vs Sheffield Wednesday Preview & Matchday Thread
Is this over yet, must be real nervous those at Portman Road with seconds remaining. I got Derby losing, Norwich also, that alone represents something of a successful match day. Can't see the latter getting a promotion now, too f**king bad, that's a real shame.
Believe it's over at PR, it's a 2 - 2 draw. Disappointed to lose points but the team came back from two goals behind and missed a penalty. Relieved to take something from it against a very good opposition but we needed to win really, three points would have been outstanding.
Catch up with game report and further analysis at a later time.

Aside from our game, the Derby loss was significant in that it breaks their stride. Barnsley still creeping up so we need to protect our superior goal difference

While a win was needed, just for once that draw still feels positive, considering we were 2 goals down.

I don't know how it's positive tbh, Wednesday win their game in hand and we'll be 9 off the top Two, Bolton have passed us and Derby and Barnsley very close.
We cannot continue to only turn up for half a game, its another bad habit that is occurring way too often. Can't say I'm taking much positivity from the situation tbh, we don't win hardly any games anymore.
