Morsy not in squad, Ball starts and Donacien in for Clarke.
Hmmm, 🤔, why is this? Is Clarke not fully fit?
Ipswich need to stick to their side of the deal to win the league by going all out…….. Clarke has been immense past couple months.

Clarke is on the bench so it's an odd one, Morsy clearly injured

Think it’s to give JD a full game … it’s already hit that dead rubber feel to it tbh . Otherwise why the changes?

I don’t think he’s rotating, Clarke is either injured still got a hangover or dropped for a disciplinary reason, the later is just a wild guess, and Morsy must either be injured or allowed time off for a family reason. Nothing else would make sense as far as Morsy is concerned.

Whatever the reason the team selected still looks good enough to me.

Can’t wait to get the game underway and just pleased the promotion job is already done, otherwise I’d be a bag of nerves.

Causing us a few issues early on, hopefully we will settle but look a little out of sorts.

Hirst injured so not a great start, hope he is ok.

Come on Freddie!

No Morsy, no foot on the ball , no control and all of a sudden our defence looks wobbly . No surprise there….. oh and Plymouth have just scored!

Plymouth 2 goals now … we don’t look like scoring ( more like conceding in fact ) thank gif we didn’t need to win this game today because we won’t

Not with Morsy out I doubt we would. He’s a massive miss for us, as is Hirst going off in my humble opinion. Can’t see us scoring today now. There’s not that flow between the front three without him there.

Wolfy options to have just kicked it back to Walton from half way in their half. Commentor just said it

If we needed to win this or get a result Clarke would be playing and I think Morsy also would been

If im honest this is pretty poor, without Morsy we look vulnerable, we need another like him in the team as Ball is not cutting it. JD is not himself either, just a few poor performances but hopefully KM will sort them out half time.

Morsy dominants our game. He’s the glue that holds us together. It’s all about combinations of players and that chemistry. So many changes today has disrupted all that now.

JD has hardly played in recent months so us match rusty. The defence look what I’ve always said they are, not very good centrally. Todays game highlights a few things going forward into next season. Which I’m sure the staff at the club are fully aware of.

I am not a fan of goalkeepers being captain. What influence can keepers have on a game?

Much prefer midfielder to have the arm band

Totally agree with you there Steve. It all seems a bit flaky today from us. I think we’re still in celebration mode tbh - Plymouth aren’t, yet!!

Cannot judge anything for next season on this game.

its just a stroll in the park and yawn time

Though if we needed anything on this game I'm sure be different. What upsets me is lots of people paid to watch. Yes great season and well done Town. Cannot take away what achieved but surely 100 pts, 100 goals is huge carrot and never mind playing for the paying public

Seasons end has come at the right moment……. Just too frustrating. Think they need the summer holidays.

Step it up second half……. Do what Plymouth do; stick to your side of the bargain, regardless if they win.

Come on. Big 2nd half…….. 2-0 Ipswich

Town's passing has not been good enough. Also got caught in possession at the back to many times. Town started to dominate a bit more the last 15 minutes. Fleetwood definitely up for it. Town show a bit more quality in the 2nd half should win this. Let's hope Port Vale manage to draw at least.

Yip, me too 👍 doubt we’ll get it though. Nothing up front, nothing in the middle and scrappy vulnerable at the back . Got the makings of a home win for me.

Can’t believe I screwed up with the kick off time and missed the first 30 minutes … a real senior moment from this Old Boy in Spain. I’m beginning to wish I’d thought it was a 3pm ko then I could have missed the lot and just found out the score as the players don’t seem that bothered either.

I’m just pleased we didn’t need to win this game to secure promotion, that would have been way to nervy for a beautiful Sunday afternoon.

Looking at the HT stats it looks like town of old, 11 shots and not one on target whereas more recently we’ve been hitting 50% on target.

Come on Town let’s get the show on the road and secure that all time EFL record of 100 points and 100 goals that’s never been done before.
