Four Of Our Next 5
League games are away. The one home game is against West Brom who have already done a number on us this season. If after this run of games we are still there or thereabouts for automatic promotion then the dream will be on even more.

Re: Four Of Our Next 5
Games in question being :
Leicester 22/1
Preston 2/3
Millwall 2/14
Swansea 2/17
Maidstone home somewhere in between and then WBA as highlighted.
The Cup score is academic. That's a victory no questions asked, and can see wins at New Den and South Wales. Preston may be tricky and Leicester of course being the showcase event. West Bromwich are tough, they already got best of us just recent so the emphasis in there to pay them back and beat them in front of a home support just like they achieved.
Not only that you need to keep watch on others like Southampton and Leeds who are now too close behind. That points advantage sure got used up quick but if we win (our) games ahead, it's really in our own hands regards the promotion opportunity.

If we can play like Coventry did in their 3-1 win I can see an upset here. But we will have to be on top form like against Sunderland

…… but within 7 days of this run of fixtures we’ll have played 2 consecutive home games against Rotherham and Birmingham and by the end of February have played an equal number of home and away fixtures. I think we just have to take each game as it comes and hope the boys can keep us in touch with Leicester City at the top of the table. If it proves too much I’m pretty confident we’re almost a nailed on cert for the Play Offs which would still give us a huge chance of promotion.Shed on tour wrote: ↑Sun Jan 14, 2024 5:59 pmLeague games are away.
