Missed the first half and wishing I’d stayed at the golf club, not exactly what I had in mind when I was looking forward to the game.

Something else for losers......., voting Preston win in the poll at HT?? What sort of f**king loser tw@t does that.rossi wrote: ↑Sat Feb 03, 2024 4:37 pmJackson has had game-time recently, Mark - and he hasn't cut it at all.AzzurroMark wrote: ↑Sat Feb 03, 2024 4:33 pmJust home from work and shocked to see the scoreline! Equally as shocked to see the meltdown going on on here! Why would you start with a player who's been in the building 5 minutes and another just back from Asia with some kind of back complaint? Many question Ladapo's "treatment" when it came to playing time and now are complaining that Jackson (who I will add I've never been a fan of) has started! Moore and Al-Hamadi will get their moments and chances to become instant heroes (I hope), but if Jackson doesn't cut it today when the manager has given him a chance to stake his claim then he too can have little complaint if he gets little future game time.
Sentiment is for losers

Its one of those days that should never have happened Marco, you don't get two new strikers in the window and leave both on the bloody bench, I never thought that Kieran could be so nieve as to put Jackson before Moore up frontmarko69 wrote: ↑Sat Feb 03, 2024 4:56 pmI'll give this afternoon until the hour mark....., HT @ Preston, 3-0 ..... Was at breakfast earlier with the wife. She got the full breakfast....., I just ordered a couple of fried egg rolls. Her breakfast arrived. My egg rolls didn't. Waitress asked if everything was ok, I politely said, "Well, I don't know. Its not here!" She was going to get the rolls but I told her to forget it, it was really ok.
But......, one of THOSE days.

I hope goal difference doesn’t become important as that’s beginning to look sh*t too.

Do we put on our two new strikers and maybe put a Dent in their confidence if we don't get a Goal or two back. Or jst accept defeat and throw on others and see .and start fresh with the new lads nxt day

We been terrible, but also very unlucky, Those first two goals shouldn't counted
Certainly need to be more direct and also huge learning curve. If pitches are cr*p do not play lovely football from the back on it

Hutchinson, Moore & Al-Hamadi all on, give it a bloody go ffs, this is a gripe of mine, McKenna doesn't have many faults but he's becoming predictable in his approach to games, no plan B, where have I heard that before.

Not me on this occasion . While I often give it the old "reverse psychology", I felt this game was one we'd win anyway so didn't vote at all.marko69 wrote: ↑Sat Feb 03, 2024 5:02 pmSomething else for losers......., voting Preston win in the poll at HT?? For Christ sake Ash at this level you don’t put a player in the starting line up who hasn’t even trained with his team mates.ashfordblue wrote: ↑Sat Feb 03, 2024 5:02 pmIts one of those days that should never have happened Marco, you don't get two new strikers in the window and leave both on the bloody bench, I never thought that Kieran could be so nieve as to put Jackson before Moore up frontmarko69 wrote: ↑Sat Feb 03, 2024 4:56 pmI'll give this afternoon until the hour mark....., HT @ Preston, 3-0 ..... By all means take a risk bring him on when the game is either won or lost but you don’t start him. Next week will be very different when both Moore and Alhamadi will have both spent a week training with their team mates. Now we’re 3-0 down nothing to lose so hopefully we’ll have changes at half time.

Yep....., and like you said as well Azzurro....., it gives KMcK ammo to say to Jackson, "How many chances?" Probably like he did earlier with Freddie.AzzurroMark wrote: ↑Sat Feb 03, 2024 5:11 pmExactly my argument Andy.Charnwood wrote: ↑Sat Feb 03, 2024 5:08 pm

Sorry charners BUT Moore was training with Bournemouth all week so he was ready to go when your a lone striker you soon get used to whos going to feed you the passes and crosses,Charnwood wrote: ↑Sat Feb 03, 2024 5:08 pmFor Christ sake Ash at this level you don’t put a player in the starting line up who hasn’t even trained with his team mates.ashfordblue wrote: ↑Sat Feb 03, 2024 5:02 pmIts one of those days that should never have happened Marco, you don't get two new strikers in the window and leave both on the bloody bench, I never thought that Kieran could be so nieve as to put Jackson before Moore up frontmarko69 wrote: ↑Sat Feb 03, 2024 4:56 pmI'll give this afternoon until the hour mark....., HT @ Preston, 3-0 ..... If Leif Davis free kick had gone in off the list I might have signed up to that but we really do need an early goal.

There has only been one change so yep, very annoyed with the players really......., the HT team talk must've done something.

Going forwards, no matter how this game finish its obvious Moore should start from now on. What a difference he's making

I still hope you’re right Ash. I was expecting/hoping him to score too but wasn’t sure if he would start.
