Just like to say a big thank you to the 50 or so Ipswich town supporters who came up to Chorley FC yesterday. Your support was greatly appreciated. They helped raise 400 quid for charity

Not only that but 'Boyzone' are (allegedly) looking to become shareholders in the club some time in the near future. They're lined up to appear at some upcoming games then should decide to purchase shares in the team. Not sure what the deal is there but you got some (you could argue) former big name 'music talent' getting involved and the idea is, the club wants the group to 'be the face of the team name'. Or whatever.

while an enthusiast of Irish sound it can only be of interest to the people involved. Guess (they) couldn't persuade or bring in U2 or anything.
