All Eyes on Hutch

Forward Omari Hutchinson’s performances for Town during his loan spell from Chelsea have reportedly led to a number of European clubs keeping tabs on the 20-year-old.
Hutchinson has had an impressive season since joining the Blues in July, scoring six - including two in his last two, both in injury time - and assisting six in 14 starts and 24 appearances from the bench.
According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, that form, which has built as the campaign has progressed, has led to sides on the continent taking notice of the Jamaica international.
Sadly I don't see him being here next season irrespective of what Division we find ourselves in.

I think Chelsea have been very cute getting Omari to Ipswich to have his skills developed by Kieran McKenna and his team who are undoubtedly one of the top young coaching talents in English football.
Definitely a win win for Chelsea and Ipswich and of course for Omari too. Everyone wins.

I’d fancy our chances of getting him on loan providing we get promoted.
What bugs me is fans who say ‘sign him’, ‘we’d get him for 8m’ - absolute tosh - Chelsea paid arsenal 5m for him when he was 16 or 17, Chelsea are notorious for setting very high prices on their players - ie asking £50m for Broja, turning down £30m from Burnley for Marteson etc.
He’d cost £30m plus.
Above is probably somewhat agent talk but I’d imagine he’d have a lot of interest next season and Chelsea will likely look to give him a premier league loan.

I'd say that's a huge compliment for Nani.

“And the people gathered on the mount, and he said unto those Followers; Hutch is no Nani.”
The people repeated, “no nani” over & over.
DJ Judas Eez Car I’m Not ——>> put a beat to it……
They moved & they swayed; a new form was born.

I view him as a loan player that will be sold in the summer. He’s not our player and unlikely to be so, even if we are promoted. Hopefully Ashton and his matrix are identifying the next Davis, Hutchinson, Sarmiento, Moore, etc coz they won’t be with us next season, as also might not McKenna, unfortunately.
