Perhaps it's just a 'generic modern football stand' model, and it will look better when it's not 'blueprint blue', but I think I'd like to see something a bit more angular and in fitting with the rest of the stadium, and it's vintage/history. Maybe it's forward thinking to be more in fitting with other potential ground developments over the coming decades, but I think it looks like a bit of a suppository. I'm sure it's probably just a placeholder, as they have said they are in the very early stages of planning such a thing, who knows.

Maybe the new shape is something for the future, could we eventually remodel the whole stadium on this concept further down the lines depending on how things progress?
