So the question is, is there another player ( or two) we can buy from their B team? These players will have had a very high level of giachjng snd possess the abilities we need .
Its almost a reverse on the big clubs raiding our academy youngsters got peanuts. Yes we're paying top $ to secure the player, but a huge amount of development, ( grounding) work will have already been done!

…. and given Kieran McKenna’s outstanding record developing young players he is the ideal manager for these youngsters to hook up with to take them to the next level. This of course will help us with our ability to attract real talent like Delsp, Hutchinson, Jack Clarke, Greaves and O’Shea etc. Some newly promoted clubs especially one on back to back promotions wouldn’t normally stand a chance recruiting players if this calibre. We are so blessed
