Potugal to win...just.

I predict a scrappy game with Portugal looking very nervy but to get a late winner probably a shot that'll ricochet in off Figo's big fat arse!

Dunno why everyone thinks Portugal will win, they were crap against Greece and have been crap in friendlies leading up to the tournament. Russia to win 1-0.

Russia have just had their keeper sent off for handball outside the area.
That's 2 sending offs in 2 games for Russia

Look's like their going out.

If he handled it and there was no-one between him and goal, he has to go.

Yeah that's true but like they said in the ITV studio how could the ref be 100% sure he handled the ball? Oh well it's done now and Russia are going out!

Personally I don't think that his hand actually touched the ball, it got very, very close but didn't actually touch it.

Even if he had touched it it was accidental and should've been a yellw card at worst (it was no way as bad as Warners when we played at Millwall and he only got a yellow!  )

But Denis Wise wasn't the ref tonight.

I REALLY haven't been impressed with Portugal in their opening matches! Tonight they should have gone on and thrashed Russia, but they didn't and even allowed Russia a few chances, even though they only had 10 men.

I think Figo and Rui Costa have seen their best days, and I don't rate Gomes or Pauleta
