Week 2 - Results & Tables

Every week there will be a series of fixtures (or questions) for you to predict the results of. This will be a perfect chance for you to show how much you know about football (or how little) and prove that you are the smartest Ipswich fan. The 2023/24 season will feature the Main Competition including a repeat of last years Promotion/Relegation format and the popular addition of the 'Head to Head' Competition. We will also play for the coveted TB Cup which will commence in January 2024, which is based on the FA Cup!

Hi all,

This is a formal apology on behalf of Welly.

You may be surprised to know that he did answer all the questions this week, he just couldn’t be arsed getting any of them correct.

He was a good mate of mine for many years , right up until yesterday in fact, but after that performance, I have terminated my friendship in case people associate him with me.

Thankfully another ‘kiwi’ in Mausawa has joined the competition this season. I have formally approached him to be my new best friend (along with Colin my imaginary friend - yes, we reconciled recently) to try and restore NZ’s reputation and image in this years prediction league.

I hope you make a new friend in Blueblood Welly, you already appear quite close the two of you!

Ends

Sounds good Dave, I can introduce Colin to my long-time imaginary servant Janja.
