Unusual high scoring for International Week and definitely was one not to have missed. Must have been easy questions.

Portugal was always going to be highest scoring, at least among all other games listed. It was like free points to be had or something.

First time Luxembourg must have been hit for nine since the English when Robson first left us and took the job.

First time Luxembourg must have been hit for nine since the English when Robson first left us and took the job.

I thought it might have been a coupon buster question with Portugal almost certain to win the Group comfortably they could have fielded a second string side and be happy with a narrow 2-0 win similar to their game in the summer when they won 1-0 against Iceland. I thought when Sweden won 5-0 my truck had worked but clearly that wasn’t to be and the free points were there for the taking.

As the saying goes, “don’t look a gift horse in the mouth.”
