Re: Week 30 - Results & Tables
Needed two wins last games of season v Bluemike & Tangfastic to stand a chance of H2H 6th position qualification.
IF team M69 had’ve managed to have beaten Mike, would’ve been only fitting that Team Tang get the highest score the following week.
Very happy to have lost both! The Tang loss would’ve been harder to take.
Reporter: “Thoughts on the final day of regular H2H fixtures?”
M69 spokesman: “Been instructed to shove that microphone where the sun……..”
Reporter: “ok, cut, cut…..”
That was unfortunate. Was like a Jim McLean interview.
Can concentrate on the TBCup now. Gunning for 9!

Re: Week 30 - Results & Tables
yeah I did a bit of an Ipswich Town over the last month, but I have full faith in our manager and team, I'm not jumping on the "blame everyone" game when these hiccups happen, just a bit of confidence back and bring it on,marko69 wrote: ↑Mon Feb 12, 2024 1:19 pmNeeded two wins last games of season v Bluemike & Tangfastic to stand a chance of H2H 6th position qualification.

Re: Week 30 - Results & Tables
Cheers mate, what I like about it is the top Two are 15th & 16th in the main table, it's doing exactly what I hoped it would do when we introduced it a few seasons back, everyone has a chance.

Re: Week 30 - Results & Tables
yeah it keeps an interest for us mere mortals, its all about playing the right person at the right time, I mean like Frosty playing me when I have all these injury's to the team so what's the story now Mike,
and echo Andy's view on the comp.

Re: Week 30 - Results & Tables
20th in the individual championship, struggled all season in League 1 but somehow managed to sneak into the final playoff spot on points difference.
Unbelievable Jeff! Can’t see the run going any further but just going to enjoy the ride.
