Having a keyless car (never again) I was at a loss with what to do - when this lovely family helped me find out how to access the manual key from within the fob.
They then stayed with me while I opened the passenger door (no option for the driver's one) - setting off the alarm in the meantime - and checked that I could start the engine.
All of this while their Dad was over the other side of the car park jump-starting someone else's car!
They could have just ignored me but they didn't, and I managed to get home to Chelmsford safe and sound.
