Hi Care Bear,
Hope you haven't been working too hard with your poorly arm. Poor you, you must feel like a sausage with your arm in a sling and in so much pain. Never mind, plenty of sunbathing and not too much work is the answer. And remember, if you get any hassle off anyone about you sunbathing, you just tell them to come and see me and then they'll have me to deal with.

i got thre pain under control, so things are not too bad..

weather its been rainy but still hot.. but rain dontlast long here building up for a hot weekend in more ways than one.. especvially if tarens\coming over lol
