What was your first LP or single you bought. Mine was the Specials album in 1979 i think it was. For the younger as well CDs.

Don't forget cassette tapes, Floors! I still have about 50 cassettes, but I don't listen to them anymore. I think my first cassette was Ted Nugent. The only LP I've owned was Flux of Pink Indians. I think my first cd was Dark Side of the Moon.

I use to record of the radio (the charts top 40) on one of those old tape recorders. I had to hold the mic next to it and tell everyone to be quiet.

The first single i thought was from a specialist record store and was The Small Faces Tin Soldier, First LP i think was The Thompson Twins.

Used to have a radiogram, and you could line up 10 singles to play one after the other, only problem was that when you got to number 5 or 6 they started to play slower and slower...happy days
