Who said that?

A place to chat about anything thats not football related. Most of the threads in here are completely pointless which is why people keep coming back and back. As the forum title suggests, feel free to make any post you want on any subject you wish. It also has Adult jokes (so be warned) which is the other reason people keep coming back.

No. Not tennis.

The sport is athletics.

No. You could probably say he was an all-rounder and certainly had cojones.

Good guess. Daley and this athlete are connected by the sport, but I don’t think Daley would accept a lift from this person.

Not Big Daddy by any chance is it. Wrestling industry could be a feasible industry to explore.

No Daley.

Clue time.... Despite being in a minority sport, he beat ALL the known super star sportsmen at one particular event.

The big clue was Superstars .... he seemed more famous from Superstars than from his chosen sport.

Try this.

“I still eat pizzas, I still like pies, I still have spaghetti hoops for breakfast... but it's in moderation now.”

And those are the famous, (and best in the whole world), "Four 'n' Twenty" pies. Shane Warne

:D Brilliant.... but too quick.

Should have known not to use a pie quote when Marko’s lurking.

Yes he said that on a talk show, Graham Norton maybe? Whatever it was, I remember saying to the wife, "And I bet those were 4n20 pies!" Used to love saturdays, going to the MCG with my dad and brother, Aussie Rules & 4n20 pies. Superb.

Easy one:
"I haven't slept properly for 12 years because of this bloody game."

Not easy at all, too vague, unless you can determine what sporting industry it relates to it's tough to provide a definitive answer.

Phil Taylor the dart player. Arguably the best ever at what he performed. No surprise if incorrect.

Maybe it’s only easy to Scottish people. That’s actually a clue. Very famous quote. And I’d expect Charnwood to get it....... there’s a second clue.
