Saturday 25th July.Ascot 1:50

A place to chat about anything thats not football related. Most of the threads in here are completely pointless which is why people keep coming back and back. As the forum title suggests, feel free to make any post you want on any subject you wish. It also has Adult jokes (so be warned) which is the other reason people keep coming back.

The George VI and Queen Elizabeth Stakes has now only 4 Runners Competing.
If agreeable think its fair on all to change the race to:-

THE 1:50
Ascot
25 JUL 2020
ITV
7f BetfredTV Pat Eddery Stakes (Listed Race) (Formerly The Winkfield Stakes) (Class 1) (2yo)

Money available to bet on
• 1 x Win.
• 1 x Each Way
• 1 x Win + 1 x Each Way
• You must bet a minimum of the free 10.00
• Plus as much as your own money as you like.
• GOOD LUCK on the last race in this competition,
………………………………………………………………………………………..

its good luck to both Kerry Blue & Tangfastic in this final day of the competition,
has been some amazing betting by both of you, Well Done

1. Kerry Blue.. 1,110.00.+ 10.00 = 1,120.00
2. Tangfastic…….853.00.+ 10.00 =….863.00
3. Wolfie………….120.00.+ 10.00 =….130.00
4. Frosty …………,88.75…+ 10.00 =…….98.75.....
5. Ricco…............62.50.+ 10.00 =……..72.50
6. Marko…………..17.19.+ 10.00 =…….27.19
7. Blue Blood…….…4.06.+ 10.00 =……14.06
8. Itfc76trev……….00.15.+ 10.00 =…….10.15
9. Charnwood ……00.00.+ 10.00 =……..10.00
……………………………………………………………………………………….

to work out the bet and odds you would need to overtake Kerry Blue to win this comp. (that's if Kerry's bet loses)
Tangfastic only needs an Evens bet or just under.
Wolfie would need a Winning bet of just over 9/1 to catch up.
Frosty would need a Winning bet of just over 12/1 to catch up
Ricco. would need a Winning bet of 18/1 or more,to catch up
Marko, would need a Winning bet of 65/1 or more,to catch up
the rest would need a miracle lol

Difficult face which makes it more interesting, good luck to all, whoever wins Tang has been the best tipster giving the most winners just wished I had backed them.

I hope Tang realises I have changed the time of the race. Could be a problem if he misses it,
I'm sure we can come to a Plan B agreement. its really between Kerry Blue and Tang this comp so as this forum is/should be about having a laugh I suggest perhaps picking a race from next Saturday's big meeting,

what do you think Kerry

that's if Tang misses it because I change the time, lets hope it doesn't come to that.

Yes no problem, he was on early this morning but as you say he might be waiting until later as if we both did the same horse's with similar stake he couldn't finish ahead of me.😉

thanks Kerry, Tang has always been sporting and fair in the other comps, plus he always does a bet. so lets just see.
my horse will come in now at 100/1

Anyway it probably wont come to that, fingers crossed.

you seem to be very knowledgeable on the racing, so there's a thread for suggestion for the format for next years comp if you have ideas

Sorry Andy, the other race only had 4 horses so I changed it to the nearest Listed Class 1 race, probably not a good thing to do in hindsight. if you had been in with a chance (like Tang)we were talking about moving the race to next week .

in the end there was only 3 runners, so moving it gave everyone a chance

result
1st. Enable..4/9F
2nd. Sovereign..12/1
3rd Japan..5/2
