When he fell down I thought that was it. The Court Surface seems very dangerous this Year. I would like him to reach the 2nd Week if possible.Kerry Blue wrote: ↑Wed Jun 30, 2021 10:43 pmYes Lucy I've watched both his matches, good to see him play well, he won't win it but tonight's game was very enjoyable..

I know Novak fell at least three times, they say it will dry out with use but it's dangerous at the moment.

I’m not sure what’s funnier, my irreverent humour or the lack of response like I didn’t even comment. Frosty, are you deleting me?

I’m not paranoid or anything, but I think you & Dazza have manufactured some kind of algorithm that deletes my posts!

Re: Wimbledon
I am surprised that Andy pulled the game around last night as he appeared to be struggling for form in 2nd and 3rd set. I went to bed early thinking that he would go out.

I don't know how he still does it after having his hip replacement, i had one a couple of years ago and I still got a limp. must be an age thing.lucy wrote: ↑Wed Jun 30, 2021 11:01 pmWhen he fell down I thought that was it. Re: Wimbledon
Murray did indeed do well to turn that match around, while earlier British girl Katie Boulter was superb in defeat against the number Two seed, on another day she could have won it, fine margins on a few odd points.

Re: Wimbledon
He doesn't get the credit and respect he deserves, to have played in the same era as the Three greatest men players of all time and still win things is an achievement, any other time and he would have won several majors.goldandblack wrote: ↑Thu Jul 01, 2021 1:47 pmI don't know how he still does it after having his hip replacement, i had one a couple of years ago and I still got a limp. must be an age thing.lucy wrote: ↑Wed Jun 30, 2021 11:01 pmWhen he fell down I thought that was it. The Brits are doing well this Year. Cameron Norrie just won his Match and he is through to the 3rd Round for the First Time in his Career.

Re: Wimbledon
I had to look this up, but Ashleigh Barty is the No1 seed in this competition, but not somebody i am familiar with. There are a lot of names i do not recognise, for me i would like to see Angelique Kerber (winner in 2018)win it. She is seeded No.25.number 9 wrote: ↑Thu Jul 01, 2021 6:26 pmDon't you start! The British youngster Emma Raducanu appears to be a promising prospect, convincingly through to Round 3.

I'm more into the five day test cricket, I actually enjoy it more than football these days, and its more assessable these days to the kids, also Test Cricket still have morals, not like the cheating footballers and clubs now,.
England v The Aussies for the Ashes, cant beat it
