Re: GRAND NATIONAL
Thanks Blueballs. was good to get members families to enter,
yeah originally this was paying out on 1st 4, but with 40 runners it just seemed fair to make it the 1st 5, the result would have been the same but those bets deserved a mention,
my bet went out of the window when Edwardstone came 2nd at 4/7 on, looked like a fiddle to me on the run in, .

Re: GRAND NATIONAL
Also think they always did. the Racing post only showed the first 4 that got paid out on, most bookies on course will pay on 1st 5.
think they lost a few horses over the race and the week, which is the down side and not one of my fav courses,
they usually keep that a figure to themselves and low key.

Re: GRAND NATIONAL
yeah my daughter did a bet online with Ladbrokes paying on the 1st 6, when she looked the day before it said "Bet suspended" so she thought her bet hadn't gone through and did another bet, apparently Ladbrook's had suspended the first 6 offer but after her bet and it had gone through, so she lost twice lol.Kerry Blue wrote: ↑Sat Apr 09, 2022 8:48 pmI think some just have paid first 6 I know Paddy Power did not that I had a bet fortunately, well done those in profit![]()
