The green initiative
A news item today read (that) The UK Government spent nearly £ 2,000 on 30 adult size Norwich City strips while former Prime Minister Liz Truss was foreign secretary, a request the Freedom of Information revealed.
Payments of nearly £ 1,500 and over £ 500 were made from October last until this March. Reason being said Foreign Office "It supported an overseas Shared Values Programme"
it concluded Canaries enthusiast Ms Truss did not make any purchases herself and (that) they were one of a dozen various EPL kits bought for the programme.

Fucks sake Mark it's a legitimate news item. Maybe a week or two behind time but true and accurate all the same. She was, or is, a regular at Carrow Road. But those spending figures, just aroused some interest and put forward the issue in question. Furthermore had no idea was an avid City fan, I mean what the hell.
Got to say Truss could be something of a cougar but as much as some would jump at the chance to rump it, her choice of club side presents a level of doubt. Here is the evidence :

Few under 40 will know who Astley is, or was. Looking back, seemed to have peaked at the wrong time. If had come on to the scene five years after instead of when first appeared, success would have been arguably more prevalent. Was simply out of place with the (changing) genre of that time.
A short lived phenomenon if ever there was one.

EVERYONE knows Rick. Due to the Rick-Roll phenomenon. Got one of the granddaughters on video singing Rick Astley on the Karaoke machine without the need for lyrics on a screen. He's HUGE, Saint
