Walton should of claimed cross for there equaliser..3 yards out ffs. We do look shaky at the back. Once again Towns final ball lets them down or deflected cross just evades a Town foot. Step it up in 2nd half hopefully 3pts. 🙏

Surprisingly Posh seem to look more threatening going forward than we do. I’m not sure why that is maybe it’s just their final ball is played with more pace or Into more threatening areas whereas our final ball so often seems to get played behind our front line.

Not before time but very well taken. ⚽️ He could do easily have a hat trick to his name already this afternoon.

Right, now can we hold onto the lead? It's almost season defining...

As happy as I am to stay 2-1 for the Prediction League I’ll happily give up 5 points for another goal.

I think Sone Aluko has more than justified his selection in the starting line up today.

Anything to keep it a three horse race , Lucy. No opinion on Bolton whatsoever.

What a relief and totally deserved, the selection justified too, I thought the Front Three worked hard, a weird atmosphere at the game, pretty subdued till second half, apparently their goal offside, can anyone watching on Ifollow confirm? Not sure how we didn't get the penalty or why our third was ruled out, either way a big win on our march to the title.

For our 3rd if Burns put it in the back of the net he was definitely offside but if Freddie scored he wasn’t although I guess it could be argued that Burns was interfering with play.

As for their goal I didn’t see it as offside, just simply poor defending by Wes Burns at the far post.

It was Freddie that scored it which is what I don't get, no way could he be offside.

It could have taken a deflection off Burns as he was between Freddie and the goal line.

I can’t say I enjoyed the 6 minutes of added time albeit we managed that time much better than we have of late. Even so we still managed to concede possession of the ball too easily a couple of times especially Woolfie.

Cambridge appear to be on top against Plymouth and Exeter holding their own against Sheffield Wednesday based on the first 25 mins of the first half. A surprise in either of these two games would be nice with our points already bagged.

Forgot about early start, missed the goddamn thing but the team won and that's all you can ask for.

Pleased for Chaplin, he hasn't scored as much in recent weeks but is getting back among it now and this can only breed confidence in the player.

Nearly 25,000 is still encouraging for what would have been a cold day there, fans braved the conditions but above all else we're getting a regular high attendance once again, something that has been clearly lacking with previous years and ex-managers. Were we value for victory ? Still getting game response but one or two replies suggest so.

Hope to view game highlights some time later today, can only imagine the scenes as we win and we're top of the league (albeit for now). Point being those who can attend spare for a thought for those that are unable. We wish we could be there, join in with the atmosphere and action etc.

…. at least the footie is entertaining in Doha. So pleased I chose Morocco v Portugal over Cambridge v Plymouth which was tempting.

It’s going to take every ounce of Ronaldo coming off the bench to pull this back for Portugal.
