At the moment it’s another one of those games where we’ve been punished for poor finishing, and if you think of those chances not only did we not score we didn’t even hit our shots on target.

Would be nice if we actually made their GK work with our shots …. FFS they’re like pass backs . Aim for the bloody corners of the goal !

Think Burns has been better so far Mike but fancy Edwards to come on soon.

Evans on , hallelujah
And Edwards, and Aluko … looks like we’re finally going for it . Good.

He’s certainly playing better than Keogh who’s only real contribution was defending set pieces which he does quite well, but whenever he runs forward he gives the bloody ball.hallamblue wrote: ↑Sat Dec 17, 2022 5:21 pmWhat’s happened to Edmundson, he’s playing Like a man possessed !!!

Aluko coming on too, I thought he was unlucky to lose his place in the starting line up today.

At least there’s a bit of urgency in our play now.

That's not what I saw, he played Two fab balls through that opened up their defence, the one to Burns was sublimeCharnwood wrote: ↑Sat Dec 17, 2022 5:25 pmHe’s certainly playing better than Keogh who’s only real contribution was defending set pieces which he does quite well, but whenever he runs forward he gives the bloody ball.hallamblue wrote: ↑Sat Dec 17, 2022 5:21 pmWhat’s happened to Edmundson, he’s playing Like a man possessed !!!

You can see how they’ve only conceded 1 goal in the past 430 minutes. We’ll do well to get a point out of this game unless we do something pretty special.

The major disappointment gif me today has been Burns. Not at it at all.Bluemike wrote: ↑Sat Dec 17, 2022 5:31 pmThat's not what I saw, he played Two fab balls through that opened up their defence, the one to Burns was sublimeCharnwood wrote: ↑Sat Dec 17, 2022 5:25 pmHe’s certainly playing better than Keogh who’s only real contribution was defending set pieces which he does quite well, but whenever he runs forward he gives the bloody ball.hallamblue wrote: ↑Sat Dec 17, 2022 5:21 pmWhat’s happened to Edmundson, he’s playing Like a man possessed !!!
Jeeeze, we’re SO bloody powder puff in front of goal….
Corner and don’t even challenge their keeper !

Think I can handle the loss more than not being top at Christmas, very disappointing, lets hope we we get a result Boxing Day.

Oh well, you were going to have a break at Christmas boys but I feel you need to come in and work on your attacking and finishing. Few players having off days too I feel. Aluko made a big difference coming on and hopefully able to start soon.
Very disappointed.
Have a good Christmas all and come Boxing Day we will be back up on top!

Stats don't win football matches. We totally dominated that game and lost. Chances missed in first half cost us. And as for the poison dwarf who thinks he is a rock star there manager Ainsworth...he is a total cnut.

Disappointed at the result especially as once again we gave a goal away, didn't deserve the loss but it happens.
Auto spot at Christmas, I'll take that.

i know it has been said ad nauseam but we need a Darryl Murphy type for games like these. Or even Van Nistelroy.
