21 games a couple years ago for Hearts, so need to get Marko on this!
Didn't look a Championship player at Hearts and wasn't guaranteed a game.
Seems to have done ok at Sunderland but not a patch on Ross Stewart.
I have a feeling he only got his game at Sunderland when Stewart got injured.
Still only 22 and improving.

Crikey, let's hope it's not true then, especially as the other snippet I was fed with is more than worrying.

I see James Wilson has left Plymouth. How come he ended up on Cook's demo list?

Anyone else hearing rumours of a 3.5 million bid in for a striker called Simms from Everton? Heard it this morning
Resident Evertonian here.
Not heard that rumour myself mate. Only one about him maybe going back to Sunderland.
The boy can finish though. Was amazed he didn’t get more minutes at the end of last season when DCL was clearly dead.
He’s a proper poacher type, needs the ball in front of him rather than back to goal.
I don’t think we’ll be selling though until we have some reinforcements ourselves which might never happen. But the rumour is that Dyche prefers the boy Cannon over Simms. So maybe.

I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s some truth to this. I honestly believe Everton will be rebuilding after such a close call to relegation. Add to that Broadhead…whom I’d bet has good things to say about ITFC.

Cheers bud, its just something that was passed on to me today, I often hear stuff that is basically crap but thus came from the same source that told me Carter-Vickers was coming here before the press did. I tend to take most rumours with a pinch of salt tbh.

I think he did slot to save them from administration when he first went in there . Had a couple of seasons of good transfer dealings got them promoted on back of it then it went sour. I think he’s been trying to leave that shithole for s year ( which would explain some of the recent outrageous comments he’s made in the press over recent weeks as he’s tried to get himself sacked ) rumour had it he wants a job at Leeds. Bad timing for them I feel tbh. Just as they’re starting to recruit - and look at what they are getting in!

Not good is it . I’m stunned if this happens and I can’t believe he’d walk away after one season here. I personally do not consider Leicester a
“ step up” , not a bit of it .
So who would we get to replace him then?

If he leaves, it would be a stupid decision so early in his managerial career. He seems smarter than that, but if he goes…f*ck him. Gamechanger & Ashton will have a plan b

Yes looks like we have moved on, Simms would be a great signing but I think they would want more than Town would be willing to pay.

I predicted we get the palace lad as part of our four signings, think is is perfect for us - gives competition/cover for Burns and others without rocking the boat as only on loan. KM can develop him etc and won’t cost much money hopefully.
Not heard of the CB, sounds a bit of a stretch to call him the new John Stones though.

Think he'll be more than cover for WB

Not that it matters, but Roy Hodgson has shown an affection for Ipswich in the past. I really hope this happens!
Edit: I didn’t realize Hodgson won’t continue as CP manager
