Re: NON IPSWICH MATCHES
If we can beat them at our place I think it knocks them out of it as far as competition with us is concerned ….
Thinks…… ok, it’s going to the wire innit!

Luton 2 Villa 3 (89th winner)!
I feel so sorry for Luton. The number of games they’ve lost in the final minutes of games is unbelievable!

Re: NON IPSWICH MATCHES
Southampton proved a nuisance with that late win but rivals or not you got to applaud a certain resilience within them to procure a victory from the contest involved in. Leicester lose and Leeds drop two points. It's real good and encouraging to see and the top place is now three points within reach. Never thought few games back we could be champions or finish first place but recent scores have really turned it around.
For minimal audience only Rangers somehow lost and dropped three points to Motherwell at Ibrox of all places while Aberdeen were ahead with St Mirren some eight minutes into additional time but finished as losers as Paisley club won it with very late strikes to somehow get a victory. That's a shame.

Re: NON IPSWICH MATCHES
Surprised you've not been on here talking about the farce that is VAR, Saint. Two games in a row that the Jambos have had penalties that are no where even close to penalties.
Conclusion from that game @ shitecastle......, either ban VAR......, or ban corners. It is physically impossible to defend a corner with VAR in control. Unless of course you were born with Thalidomide ---->> No problem.

Re: NON IPSWICH MATCHES
You can only berate or criticize particular problems within life to a certain extent and VAR is another. It's been rebuked from all corners at one time or another but I didn't introduce the f**king thing (or any sin bin idea they're actually going to implement for English 'football' in the time ahead, trail period or otherwise)
Game at Hearts was a poor score, but in fairness they're having a fine season and in Shankland alone possess a player with considerable attribute. Can't always put blame on video intervention or a poor call from game officials for losing matches. Over the course of 90 minutes they appeared to want it more and if anyone truly believes both leading Glasgow club names are indestructible or have a divine right to steamroll over any and each opposition they face off against then they're either somewhat naive or don't posses much idea about what goes on within a certain nations sports league.

YOU are the one who keeps that shyte going on this forum.
One of the Glasgow clubs was certainly destructible. They were "destructed"!! Ceased to exist. They are no more. They are in the history books. Celtic FC are competing this season with SEVCO SCOTLAND LTD and later changed to THE RANGERS FOOTBALL CLUB........, ancient history that other lot are now.

Re: NON IPSWICH MATCHES
It would be nice if they could score ten but I expect Arsenal will put subs on and just knock it around second half.

Can't see the Southampton match going ahead tonight, major fire right by the stadium, roads cordoned off and the stadium evacuated.

Re: NON IPSWICH MATCHES
That is shame ref the Southampton game Mike, was hoping they would of played and knackered out ready for the visit of Sunderland.
Still they have got to fit the fixture in somehow and maybe that will also work against them.

Re: NON IPSWICH MATCHES
17 mins and scum are 1-0 up…. Watching this one and only one winner on current performance. Boro look a pale shadow of their early season form. Scum in top 6 now then?

Regardless of how much better we are than Norwich I really wouldn’t want to meet them in the Play Offs.

The game has total swing round now - thankfully lol. Narwich down to 10 men …. But prior to that they were looking very slick …. They’ll make the PO’s unfortunately.Bluemike wrote: ↑Wed Mar 06, 2024 9:46 pmStop this scum fixation lolhallamblue wrote: ↑Wed Mar 06, 2024 9:05 pm17 mins and scum are 1-0 up….
