Now we want Blackburn to turn over Leeds at Elland Road a massive miracle is needed there, and we beat Middlesbrough

Results like tonight always make you wonder if possession and corners won are highly over-rated stats

Re: NON IPSWICH MATCHES
We've lost enough times ourselves and missed out on points with similar statistics to the above so can't always find fault in a rival team suffering a same consequence.
Only just caught the score, only goes to show was right in labeling them inconsistent and unsure of themselves. All three teams in the top positions - including ourselves - are showing nerves, trepidation and lack of belief in themselves. From here on, whoever fills the top two automatics won't have done so by being the better team - just simply holding it together and a stronger resolution than those around them.
Foxes Talk could prove to a worthwhile view in short time but right now just focused on the endeavors of our own club name. The players have to be motivated for Middlesbrough after this, sure Leeds are thinking the same thing wherever they play.

We also have to remember Plymouth wanted 3 points as they are close to the religation zoneashfordblue wrote: ↑Fri Apr 12, 2024 10:00 pmNow we want Blackburn to turn over Leeds at Elland Road a massive miracle is needed there, and we beat Middlesbrough

Also, 100 pts total needed and we're home and then the big spending begins

Re: NON IPSWICH MATCHES
Just managed to get around to checking the Leicester result from last night........, long a$$ story short, been in Glasgow since Thursday night as wife was having Gall Bladder removed at Jubilee Hospital. One and a half hpur routine procedure turned into 4hrs. Thankfully all ok now and back along the M8 to Edinburgh.
I cannot believe how these doors seem to be opening for Kieron & Co......., I mean I understand Plymouth are fighting for survival like Ashford says above....., but this is all really taking a pressure off, while also kind of adding slight pressure....., GOT to beat Boro today.
COME ON, YOU BLUES....., make it a very good Saturday.

Glad the missus is OK Marko. Yes incredible result for us last night but means little if we don't do our bit. Blackburn still level with Leeds after 65 minutes too

Re: NON IPSWICH MATCHES
Thanks guys. ...., the 4hrs was not due to any complication or anything....., they needed a certain "tool" to remove a gall stone that slipped into a bile duct....., believe it or not ---- >> they had to get that tool from the Royal Alexandria hospital. So it was a "equipment" issue. BUT, I wasn't told this. Was a long 4hrs with 48 coffees!
I made a joke which didn't go down too well with the charge nurse....., she explained the reasons for the time and I joked...., "Ah, he had to dive to the merchants or screwfix for stuff?" ......, she just looked and said, "Yes. Something like that!"
Thought they were supposed to have a sense of humour in Glasgow.

Re: NON IPSWICH MATCHES
Blackburn scored from a f**king goal kick, 2 touches and bang in the back of the net, bloody priceless
This was my message to Bluemike 5 mins before the goal.
With everyone going forward frantically I can see Blackburn getting at least one chance to win it scoring on the break

Don't Leeds play Southampton last game of the season?
That could be huge if they wink their games in hand

Re: NON IPSWICH MATCHES
This must be the most unpredictable league in the world.
This could be Leeds first home defeat of the season to Blackburn.
Leeds, Leicester & Ipswich with collectively the highest points and scoring record just a couple of weeks ago and now 540 minutes without a goal between them, and Leeds against Blackburn who conceded 5 midweek.

All they need is a rank outsider to win the National now!marko69 wrote: ↑Sat Apr 13, 2024 2:30 pmYep, its a bookies dream past few weeks.Charnwood wrote: ↑Sat Apr 13, 2024 2:26 pmThis must be the most unpredictable league in the world.
