If it's a loan deal, then I don't mind, but not if it includes a "to buy" clause. I gotta feeling he's gonna be something special.

He's going to have to say something about that reported ( we don't know if he actually did ), rebuff. But it leaves a bit of a bad taste tbh ..

I think a loan deal for the season would be brilliant for him. I can't see us selling him but he won't get many minutes this season with us I fear.K L Blue wrote: ↑Fri Aug 23, 2024 4:52 pmhallamblue wrote: ↑Fri Aug 23, 2024 4:30 pmRumours going around that Al- Hamadi might be part of the Clarke deal, in some way. .

I'm not worried about O'Shea appearing to snub us previously, he was looking at what was best for him, same as McKenna nearly did.

The word on Town TV is that the deals are "not quite" done, although lots of talk doing the rounds that the Broja deal doesn't look good.

I said before, I don’t like the obligation to buy Broja for 30 mil a good deal. We have no idea how he will perform and if the reports are true regarding his ACL it’s just not good business. ACL injuries can be career ending. Walk away!

Be chuffed with Clarke. Not fussed on the other two, especially Broja.

Can you lot just sign Broja so we don’t please?
Nah you’re better off without him. He’s broken.

Clarke deal is done apparently and O'Shea moving closer, not a word on Broja, I think we can forget that one.

Just seen this Mike, I think there's more going on than we know. It might even be a dead deal now

The achilles injury known a young person is a worry. Sometimes this condition never settles then we've committed to paying Chelsea £30m for a player who can't train let alone play ...think I'd walk away tbh
Someone suggesting on twtd that we are looking at a bid for Whittiker. Again, I'd say no thanks. He made it quite clear he didn't want to join us a while ago. I feel he's a bit of a one trick pony anyway. No thanks

Saying on an X on TWTD that Town have agreed a deal for O'Shea and he will sign a 5 year deal.

I've been watching the Aston Villa game Philogene did a great job keeping that bench warm again.
