Few things to ponder here. #1 being they never were going to win the competition or make any real impact, second it's a shame maybe but somehow imagine many outside Selhurst Park could care less. Third, chairperson involved is overplaying the gravity of the situation and they did actually do wrong or force a ruling by breach of club ownership. He goes on to suggest (quote) 'Fans of all teams should be devastated (for them)'

Kind of a shame really, after winning a top prize to have made it but they've broken some guidelines and UEFA have acted.

We’re away for all of July this year, 24. Mainly because i’ve not had a decent proper hol since pre-Covid. Left 28th June.
So far, London, Paris, Villefranche Sur Mer, Milan, Lake Garda (Lazise) , Venice, Milan again, and now Paris again until Sunday. Been some adventure. Heading back to London on Monday for a few days…… then Loch Morlich for some camping …… and to be eaten alive by the midges!

Edit to add: Its been a train holiday. No planes involved!

Fantastic fixture……. And believe it or not, a fixture that I’m hoping the Loons can win and I think they will. ……. The reason being: The Challenge Cup was created for the SPFL clubs. Can’t stand all these Premier League U21’s being allowed in. And Welsh Clubs
Should be for Champ / 1st / 2nd and maybe a couple of the lowlands and highland league teams, if anything to get them up to speed for SPFL football if they can strive to get there.

I agree, hate this B team nonsense too, we have Three of them no less in our group.

I think the Loons are in for a much better season, we got the better of Annan first game and were robbed against St. Mirren last time out.
