This is getting fuckin ridiculous! Surely Bolton should be forced to forfeit.

So according to the Beeb they are having issues selling tickets online and folks contacting the club.

I've got my ticket and I suspect thousands of others do as well so where is the problem?! If they want more locals to attend they could roll up on the day and pay.

I'm also not going to go with any arguement you need a computer to get folks through the turnstiles - old school works fine.

Not difficult is it!

Having a “critical IT failure” at the same time as no one at the club being paid? That’s convenient. And who’s paying the engineers who are working through the night?

Come on, guys. Don’t be buttoned up the back. It’s the players and other staff who’ve had enough. Fk all to do with “critical” IT failures. Jaysus H.

If off, just go straight past Bolton and do the extra 210 miles to Stranraer, Mike.

A club statement read: “Bolton Wanderers can confirm that Saturday's Sky Bet Championship clash with Ipswich Town will go ahead.

The problems affecting the club's IT systems have now been rectified and the match will take place as planned.”

Tickets for the game have been reduced to just £5 in conjunction with the Bolton Wanderers Community Trust and Bolton at Home.

A large attendance, boosted by hundreds of community groups, was expected but the system failure left Wanderers unable to sell tickets on Friday and turning fans away from the stadium empty-handed.

Interesting read on some of the Bolton forums.

Inside source say generator test spiked the power and fried all the IT, alarms etc. Backups and failsafes, you got to love them
