Re: Caribo Cup
Draw event in a food retail outlet for fucks sake, are they serious with this. Any integrity or prestige the competition once had is all but erased.
Not expecting to win in Luton, they'll take it on the night, do us a favor, pointless immaterial piece of crap competition that averts focus from other real objectives. Does it go to extra time anymore ? Opposition won it back in '88, maybe then it meant something, today it's been pissed away with absurd rule and name changes and nothing more than a second rate competition. Not even that.

Re: Caribo Cup
Personally I wouldn’t mind this trophy being added to the list of honours ——-> but not in the near future. For fear of injuries whilst in League One, I’d prefer Luton Town winning this Tesco Cup game. In fact I’d prefer Ipswich Town not going to Germany either, but that’s just personal opinion.

Have to agree with you there Marko on the German point mate.
Look what happened when Wimbledon moved to Milton Keynes, absolutely ruined them.

Watching Luton tonight I think we may have our work cut out lol, although they are poor defensively they are very dangerous going forward.

Re: Caribo Cup
That's exactly what I said about them last season. The way out of league 1 is to attack. The moment they got possession - even tonight- they moved forward quickly and accurately in numbers. The whole team moved as one. They were great to watch. We won't attack in numbers like that which is a shame. With our poor defence we need to.
